Credit Card Payments Accepted Online

Pay your Trash Bill or permit payment using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. E-checks are also accepted online with a per transaction fee of $1.50. HOW TO MAKE TRASH PAYMENT

1. Mail check or money order (make payable to West Donegal Township or WDT):

2. Drop payment in our drop box located at our Township building, One Municipal Drive, Elizabethtown, PA  17022.  Drop box located on our porch accessible 24 hours a day.

3. Make payment in our office at the Township Office, One Municipal Drive, Elizabethtown, PA  17022. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

4. Make payment online on our website. Using computer, on the home page scroll down to Credit Card Payments Accepted Online on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the credit card icons.  Make payment selection and follow prompts.  If using a cellular phone or other devise activating our website, click on the second tab "MORE" to find the Credit Card Payment Online icons.  NOTE: The payment processing company charges a per transaction fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum for this service.

5. Set up an Automatic Draft withdrawal payment with West Donegal Township.  Please complete Trash and Recycling Draft Signup Withdrawl Form provided below and submit a VOIDED check. Dropoff or send to West Donegal Township office. There are no extra fees for this service. This payment method is only to be used for making quarterly payments only.  Please used options 1-4 if making full annual payment by January 31 to take advantage of the discounted amount.
